We’re looking for leaders. Dedicated management professionals who can rally a team and oversee operations at one of our facilities around the United States. Safety is our top priority, and your role will include ensuring the safety of your team and the success of the company.

Our Operations Management roles are diverse and full of variety. You’ll need to take charge, assume responsibility and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Management Trainee
This comprehensive 6-18 month program was designed for dedicated professionals to develop the necessary skills to assume a management role at one of our locations. Trainees receive hands-on training in buying autos, selling scrap, retail and production operations, and all safety and environmental programs.

Operations Supervisor
Our Supervisors serve as role models, supporting and ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental policies and practices. It’s an essential role to the success of each of our locations. They also are the glue that holds the team together, developing and maintaining positive working relationships with co-workers and customers.

Facility Manager
While creating a “Safety First” culture in each facility you will lead teams and direct operations to maximize production and profitability. Our facility managers also proactively improve facility efficiency and effectiveness by driving improvement in operations and equipment reliability.
