Brokerage Representative As a Brokerage Representative you will develop new and grow existing relationships with customers to further strengthen relationships and create business opportunities while trading commodities (metals). You will create business opportunities to effect strong customer relations and profitability. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a business discipline such as marketing, finance or economics. They will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team. Brokerage Representatives must be willing to relocate (company paid) to one of eleven District Offices.

Operations Leadership Program A Management Trainee is exposed to all facets of the scrap recycling business during a hands-on training period, which generally takes 12-18 months. The program develops individuals to assume management or supervisor roles upon completion of the program. During the training you will be buying and inspecting scrap, handling transportation and logistics, and overseeing operations and maintenance of various equipment. Management Trainees must be comfortable in an outdoor, industrial setting and should be willing to relocate to any of our locations.

Commercial Leadership Program A Commercial Trainee within The David J. Joseph Company's Recycling Group is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with accounts to provide the best possible service to customers. You will become an expert in your marketplace and communicate your market forecast to your team. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a Business discipline. You must possess exceptional communication skills and have the ability to work autonomously and as a member of the team. Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing industrial environment and be willing to relocate (company paid).
