At the first annual American Metal Market Awards for Steel Excellence ceremony on June 22, 2010, The David Joseph Company (DJJ) was named as “Scrap Company of the Year”.  According to Keith B. David Joseph Establishes Switzerland Office

The David Joseph Company (DJJ) is pleased to announce the opening of an international office in Switzerland.  The new office represents another step in DJJ’s strategy to expand its global presence while striving to become closer to its worldwide customers. The Switzerland office is DJJ’s platform to better serve current and potential European customers, focusing on ferrous and ferro-alloy scrap, as well as exploring other opportunities to provide DJJ’s wide array of services. The office is staffed by Mr. Brad Ford.  Mr. Ford joined DJJ in 2001, and served as a brokerage representative in the Pittsburgh and Philadelphia trading offices prior to being promoted to Pittsburgh District Manager in 2006.
