River Metals Recycling Purchases Louisville Scrap
River Metals Recycling (RMR), a wholly owned venture of the
Cincinnati, Ohio based David J. Joseph Company, finalized its acquisition of the
assets of Progress Rail's Louisville Scrap Material (LSM) Division on November
19, 2001. The acquisition includes the Lexington Road nonferrous operations next
to the former Klempner Brothers yard and the ferrous processing operations along
the Ohio River.
