Trademark Metals Installs New Mega Shredder at Tampa Port

Trademark Metals Recycling, LLC installed a new 7,000 hp Texas shredder at its Tampa Port facility. The TSI 122 x 104 mega shredder has the capacity to produce 25 - 30,000 tons per month, double the capacity of the old shredder.

Trademark Metals Recycling (TMR) was formed in 1998 and is a Tampa-based unit of The David J. Joseph Company (DJJ). Today, Trademark Metals operates 11 recycling centers including four shredders in central and south Florida.

Little did Joseph Joseph know that the small scrap business he began in 1885 would grow into a leading scrap broker and processor 125 years later! DJJ continues to build our reputation on the same cornerstones as our founder: integrity, reliability, innovation and quality.
