Scrap Charge Design
Using DJJ's proprietary software program the charge is optimized to produce the least
cost liquid steel or iron. The program takes into account scrap costs, oxygen usage, electrical
usage, and flux costs to determine the most cost effective charge to produce the desired chemistry. |
